Riding with confidence comes with knowing exactly where you are. ELEMNT ACE’s dual-band GPS provides this confidence by enhancing accuracy in challenging environments where signals can be obstructed by dense trees and urban noise.

On-device turn by turn navigation

The ELEMNT ACE will automatically generate turn-by-turn prompts for all routes and file types; including GPX files, TCX files and routes imported from Strava, Ride With GPS and Komoot.

Take me to (on-demand route generation)

Use Google Maps or Apple Maps to find a location or point of interest, then easily sync this location to your ELEMNT ACE and turn by turn directions will be generated to this location.

Retrace route (breadcrumb trails)

Either directly on the ELEMNT ACE or in the Wahoo App, selecting Retrace Route will provide turn-by-turn directions route you back to the starting point of your ride by reversing the route you just rode.

Saved locations

Save your favorite locations either directly on the ELEMNT ACE or in the Wahoo App so you can easily generate a route on the fly and get turn-by-turn directions to your frequently visited spots.

Get me started (navigation to start of the route)

Get Me Started is an on-device navigation feature that will give you turn-by-turn directions to the starting point of your route. When selected, ELEMNT ACE will create a route for you, just follow the blue chevrons and when you reach your planned route, the chevrons will turn black.

Back on track (on-demand rerouting)

Back on Track is an on-device navigation feature that will reroute you with turn-by-turn directions. If you take a wrong turn or veer off course, the ELEMNT ACE will show blue chevrons directing you back to your planned route, and the chevrons will turn black when you are back on track.

Route to start (shortest route)

Route to Start is an on-device navigation feature that will find the shortest way back to the start of your ride and create turn-by-turn directions. No need to follow the same route back home!

Mountain bike trail integrations

Automatically sync your routes from Trailforks to your ELEMNT over WiFi or Bluetooth.

Automatic and wireless route downloads & workout uploads

When synced with compatible accounts (Strava, Ride With GPS, Komoot), your saved routes will be automatically & wirelessly downloaded to the ELEMNT ACE. Completed rides will automatically upload to all authorized third party accounts.

Route sync via bluetooth

All the magic of WiFi route syncing can now be done over Bluetooth! Automatically send any route to the ELEMNT ACE from your smartphone with the Wahoo App.

SAFETY FEATURES

Digital Bike Bell

Alert pedestrians and other riders by tapping ELEMNT ACE to sound a chime.

ANT+ radar integration

Pair ANT+ rearview radar to your ELEMNT ACE to get the real time proximity of vehicles approaching you from behind. On-screen mode adds a color coded channel and car icons to the left or right side of the ELEMNT ACE screen to indicate the presence and speed of oncoming vehicles.

Smart notifications

Provides on-screen pop-up alerts to notify you of calls, texts, emails, WhatsApp, Signal, Line, Telegram, and WeChat on iOS and Android. Only available if you are riding with your smartphone and can be easily turned off with Do Not Disturb mode.

Live track portal (Coming Soon)

Live Track allows you to share a link by text or email using the Wahoo app, so that others are able to follow your ride in real-time on the Live Track web portal. Perfect for keeping you safely located by loved ones, tracked by a coach, or even meeting fellow riders in-route. This feature is only available if you are riding with your smartphone.

ANT+ LEV e-bike integration

ELEMNT ACE works with compatible ANT+ LEV electric bikes, including Giant and Specialized, to display specific e-bike information such as battery life, current assist mode, remaining range, and more directly on the bike computer screen.

TRAINING FEATURES

SYSTM outdoor workouts

ELEMNT ACE uses Wahoo X to keep you ready for year-round adventures by allowing you to follow structured training plans on indoor and outdoor rides. Just load a workout or training plan into your SYSTM calendar and follow the targets set by the Wahoo Sports Science team to maximize efforts regardless of your training environment.

Summit features

Gives you in-depth information about upcoming, in-progress, and completed climbs on preloaded routes and detects climbs ahead with no loaded route through SUMMIT Freeride.

Fully customizable screen

There's a page for every element of your ride: a workout view with a complete look at performance metrics, a climbing view to track ascents in real-time, a map view to stay on course, live tracking (Coming Soon), and more. All screens are fully customizable from within the Wahoo app.

On-device planned workouts

TrainerRoad, TrainingPeaks, and Today’s Plan are fully integrated with ELEMNT ACE. Now you are able to see your training plan, execute structured workouts, and send data back to the apps automatically. Ride your workout plan outdoors or indoors. On a KICKR Smart Trainer, the KICKR will automatically change resistance to match the target power of each interval so you get the most out of your structured workout.

Custom alerts (Coming Soon)

When you're focused on your ride, forgetting to stay fueled or hydrated is the last thing you need. Custom Alerts allow you to configure your ELEMNT ACE to display reminders and motivational messages based on either workout time, distance, or calories burned intervals through the ELEMNT Companion App. Create virtual Points of Interest by setting distance-based reminders to alert you about particular locations on your route.
