Unsubscribe from Marketing

We take pride in our marketing campaigns, endeavouring to make them valuable, interesting and insightful. However, we recognise not everyone is keen of these, or may have changed their mind after subscribing, so we offer an easy process to unsubscribe. 

Depending on the communication method, you have different options to unsubscribe. If you face any difficulty during the process, please email sales@dalescycles.com quoting your full name, postcode, email address and phone number. A member of staff will then confirm when you've been unsubscribed.

Please note it may take up to 28 days for this change to fully propagate, though we always endeavour to service your request as soon as possible.

Email Marketing

The easiest way to unsubscribe from our Marketing Emails is to use the one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom of our latest campaign. If this is not possible, or you'd rather not click the link, please instead email as per the instructions above.

Text Marketing

Your text will contain a short-code number to which you can text a code, which removes you from our marketing system.

For example:

Simple... we won't be beaten on bike prices! Visit us at dalescycles.com or in store before Tuesday 28/11. Text XXVD to 88802 to opt out.

This text is free from UK mobiles, though we've observed some mobile carriers incorrect state there's a cost associated with the message. If this affects you, please email as per the instructions above and we'll remove you.

Postal Marketing

We rarely send post marketing these days, however if you've received something in the post from us, and would rather not get any more in future, again just email using the instructions above and we'll get you removed from the list.
