Stock Status and Dispatch Times
With the range of brands we stock, all the size options, and colour choices on top, we simply don't have the space to have one of everything on hand! However, that doesn't mean that we can't get you a bike just the way you want it, or order in the accessories that match perfectly.
On our site you'll find both the stock that we physically hold, as well as what we can order in from our suppliers (or already have on backorder.) To help you understand this we've given each product a Stock Status and Dispatch Time, explained below.
Please note that the stock status and dispatch time are unique to the product configuration you select (e.g. colour and size).

In stock
These are products that we have in store or in our warehouse right now.
Please note that we might not have a specific size and colour combination of a bike on display, but will have an equivalent for you to try. Alternatively, if you get in touch in advance we can get a boxed bike built up ahead of your visit.
Dispatch time - for accessories and clothing we'll do everything we can to send these the same day. For bikes, we'll need a couple of days for a mechanic to build, check and pack it up, but will be in touch with the expected date once we process your order.
In stock with supplier
These are products that we don't have to hand, but our supplier has them in stock and we'll be happy to order in for you.
Dispatch time - we have estimates of how long it will take for us to receive your order from our supplier and dispatch it to you. We aim to be realistic with these estimates so that you don't end up disappointed, and will send your order sooner where possible.
These lead times are based on the supplier the product will come from, the majority of who are based in the UK.
Stock on backorder
These are products that we have on order with our supplier and they've allocated stock to us, so we know we'll be getting it.
You can preorder these products online and we'll assign that stock to you, so that there's no worry you'll miss out. From then on it's just like any other order but with a bit of a longer wait.
Dispatch time - backorder stock will show the due date that we've been given by our supplier. If you have a preorder then we'll keep you advised on any changes to this date.
Supplier due stock
These are products that our supplier doesn't have at the moment but has advised us that they're expecting to restock. We don't have any backorders in for these, but can place one for you if there's something you'd like.
You can preorder these products online and we'll put in an order with the supplier, placing the item on backorder for you specifically. From then on it's just like any other order but with a bit of a longer wait.
Dispatch time - expected stock will show the estimated date that we've been given by our supplier. If you place a preorder then we'll keep you advised of any changes to this date.
Out of stock
These are products that we don't have any future stock information for, but think that there's a chance that we might be able to get for you! We deal with a lot of suppliers who use a lot of different systems, so sometimes they don't have all the details in a handy spreadsheet. If there's something you're after then please let us know so we can contact the supplier directly and see what's possible.
Dispatch time - the dispatch time for these products will show as "Please call or email to check stock", so get in touch by whatever means suits you best.
Sold out
These are products that we no longer expect to have stock of. You'll mostly find these where some options of a product are sold out but others are still available, as we remove completely sold out products as soon as we can.
Dispatch time - sold out products don't have a dispatch time.
