The most versatile bike in the world
Expertly engineered to go where others can’t. G Line is the first ever Brompton with the ride feel of a full-size bike

20” wheels
Big enough for any adventure yet compact enough to fit inside the fold. The G Line’s solidly built 20” wheelset comes equipped with custom-made puncture-resistant tyres.

Hydraulic disc brakes
Super dependable stopping power. The first ever Brompton to come equipped with disc brakes for all terrain, all-weather riding.

Wide platform pedals
The grippiest, most comfortable Brompton pedal set. The left hand pedal can be released with a quick squeeze and pull to make your folded bike even more

Wide handlebars
Stay in control. With the custom made handlebars, G Line gives you exceptional stability – from leverage on uphills and rough ground to comfort on longer rides.

Ergonomic grips
Every touchpoint between you and the bike is designed with comfort and control in mind.

  •  Weight - From 14.8 kg
  • Folded Size - 28.3" / 72cm (D), 26.2" / 67cm (H), 16" / 41cm (W)
  • Hinge Clamps - Self-aligning hinge clamps
  • Seatpost: Each G Line size comes with a different seatpost to accommodate the rider's leg length.
  • Small: Uses a standard seatpost, recommended for inside leg measurements up to 33 inches (84 cm).
  • Medium: Comes with an extended seatpost, which is 60 mm longer than the standard and suitable for inside leg measurements between 33 and 35 inches (84–89 cm).
  • Large: Features a telescopic seatpost, which is necessary for taller riders and minimizes the length of the folded package. It is recommended for riders with an inside leg measurement over 35 inches (89 cm).
  • Stem: The stem—the component connecting the handlebars to the fork—is also a specific length for each size to optimize the bike's "reach" (the horizontal distance from the pedals to the handlebars). This ensures the correct riding position for different heights.
  • Ride feel: These size adjustments allow the G Line to provide a full-size bike feel, with the Large providing the most upright position.
  • Folded size: While the G Line overall is larger than traditional Brompton models due to its 20-inch wheels, the use of different seatposts and stems affects the folded package. The telescopic seatpost on the Large model helps reduce how far the seatpost protrudes, keeping the folded dimensions as compact as possible for a taller rider.

Delivery & Returns

Fully Assembled Delivery from Dales Cycles

Dales Cycles is one of the only online cycle retailers in the Uk to offer a delivery option that truly reflects a 'fully built' bike arriving at your door. This premium delivery option is known as 'Ready to Ride' and costs £35* per bike.

'Ready to Ride' bikes come in a bespoke bike box, with a minimal packaging approach and all tools supplied, you really can be off and riding your new bike in less than a few minutes.

This unique premium delivery service eliminates the need for foam, bubble wrap and zip-ties too, so it’s also better for the planet. We recycle all this stuff, so where you can, please try and do the same. Apart from doing your bit for mother Earth, it will give you a warm, fuzzy feeling that you just can't buy!

Bikes are excluded from next day delivery to allow for assembly and quality checking by our team of professional bike builders.

Standard Delivery

In addition to our 'Ready to Ride' premium delivery service, we also offer a 'Standard Delivery' option on all bikes. Bikes ordered using this service will require some basic setup on delivery. An easy to follow setup guide is provided with all bikes.

Bikes are excluded from next day delivery to allow for assembly and quality checking by our team of professional bike builders.

Electric Bikes

Due to the extra weight of electric bikes, we are unable to ship these fully assembled. Instead, your bike will be built, configured and checked by our mechanics before being packed back into it's original box.

This method requires removing the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seatpost, which will need to be reinstalled upon arrival.

To help with this we have a video guiding you through every step! However, if there's anything you'd like any help or advice, please contact us by calling 0141 332 2705 or by e-mailing sales@dalescycles.com
