The clamps are inserted over the small diameter section of the handlebar and slid into the centre, giving a 240deg wrap of the handlebar.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Apex construction comprises a fully CNC machined 2014 aluminium body and 7075 aluminium clamps. An oversize centre bore, extensive 3-D machining and external webbing maximise structural strength and stiffness and minimise weight.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eContinuing Renthal's philosophy of giving the customer the choice in set-up, the stem is available in 31, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90mm lengths. Each of these sizes can be flipped to give either a +\/-6deg rise.
